Suspect Arrested in Sexual Assault and Murder of 7 Month Old
Media Advisory: Oquan Blake aka Samaad Blake was arrested without incident last night at approximately 10 p.m.at his mother’s home in Newark. Blake was wanted for the murder and sexual assault of a 7-month-old baby girl, Dalaysia Rhymer. He is not expected to have a court appearance today.
