Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé announced today that the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force is investigating the fatal shooting of Jordan Rodriguez, 31, of Newark
In the early morning hours of Saturday, October 8, police responded to a report of a gunshot at the 600 block of Broadway, Newark. Rodriquez was pronounced dead at University Hospital at 3:49 a.m.
