The man charged with the murder of Silvia M. Paucar, 37, of Newark is scheduled to make his first court appearance tomorrow before the Honorable Peter J. Vazquez at approximately 9 a.m.
Roberto Ortiz, 32, of Newark is charged with killing Paucar on Nov. 9. Her body was found in a car in the 100 block of Stone Street in Newark.
These charges are mere accusations. All defendants are presumed to be innocent until they are proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
