Acting Essex County Prosecutor Robert D. Laurino announced that Bernando Bermudez was fatally shot at approximately 3:11 a.m. Sunday, April 11, 2010 outside the Stadium Bar located at 290 Mulberry Street in Newark.
Bermudez, 34, of Dade County, Florida, apparently got into a dispute with the shooter. Next of kin has been notified. The investigation is continuing.
