SEEKING INFORMATION, NEWARK HIT AND RUN DEATH 2011

On February 27, 2011, at approximately 11:45pm, a 47 year old Maplewood resident was struck and killed while changing a tire on Route 1&9 South, near the Pulaski Skyway in Newark.

Detectives at the scene have identified the motor vehicle as a 1998 Acura, CL, two door, color white. The vehicle should display damage to the passenger side front fender, mirror, and missing a parking light from the front passenger bumper.
