Acting Essex County Prosecutor Robert D. Laurino announced today that Rosa Mino, 70, of Harrison was struck while crossing Broad Street, between Bridge and Lombardy, in Newark at approximately 12:30 p.m. on April 14.
The driver of the car, which has preliminarily been identified as a black or dark colored Cadillac STS, fled the scene southbound on Broad Street.
