- January 21, 2026 – THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCURRED WITH THE ESSEX COUNTY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE THAT THE USE OF DEADLY FORCE WAS JUSTIFIED IN THE APRIL 15, 2024 NON-FATAL POLICE SHOOTING BY A MONTCLAIR POLICE OFFICER IN MONTCLAIR, NEW JERSEY
- January 21, 2026 – New Jersey Office of the Attorney General concurs with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office that the Use of Force was Justified in the March 15, 2022 Non-Fatal Police Shooting by a Newark Police Officer in Newark, NJ
- April 2, 2024 – Grand Jury Returns “No Cause for Action” in Bayonne Police Department On-Duty Firearm Discharge on September 28, 2021
- September 7, 2023 – New Jersey Office of the Attorney General concurs with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office that the Use of Force was Justified in the July 8-9, 2021 Non-Fatal Police Shooting by Essex County Sherriff’s Officers and Newark Police Officers
